Pecorini
Sheep’s milk cheeses (pecorino) are produced exclusively with Sardinian sheep’s milk from farmings in natural pastures. Taste and aroma vary depending on the size and aging time of the cheese: from the delicate and fresh taste of our mild cheeses, to the strong and pronounced taste of the matured ones. The P.D.O. cheeses are a class of its own, being synonymous with the Sardinian tradition and quality.
