Description
Cottage cheese (ricotta) is a product obtained by warming the residual whey from cheese making, a process that is, still today, entirely manual. Ricotta Gentile is a fresh product with a soft and creamy texture and a delicate taste.
The product is perfect to prepare traditional Sardinian dishes such ravioli and seadas or to pair with fresh fruit and honey.
