Description
Gran Sedda is a sheep's milk cheese with a high period of maturation. The whole wheel weighs about 13 kg, the texture is hard and white, while the taste is intense and aromatic. Excellent table cheese, we suggest to pair it with fresh fruit or peach jam.
Suggested wine: Carignano del Sulcis Rosso D.O.C.
