Speciali is a line of flavoured pecorino cheeses, a harmonic contrast of flavours and aromas. The strong flavour of the sheep’s milk cheese is combined with different spices: from tasty peppercorns, to the sharp flavour of chili pepper, and even to the delicate and sophisticated taste of truffle.
