Cheese cream
Cheese cream is a dairy product that results from the combination of ricotta and cheeses of different levels of maturation. Thanks to its soft and creamy consistency, the Sepi cheese cream is perfect as a dressing for pasta or risotto and for appetizers and snacks. It is available in different varieties: classic, spicy, chili pepper, olives, truffle, caprino and the new cacio e pepe (with pecorino romano and pepper).
